Security Risk

We have now about over a month ago logged a complaint with ADT Bloemfontein when we discovered that they are unable to enter our yard with their key to the lock that they installed. This was when a Bakkie was standing outside our yard in the early morning hours and dogs were barking like crazy, I had to go open the gate for the armed response, can you believe it. Why do you have armed response.<br> Since we have logged the complaint, I have to call them every time to get feedback on the situation and still the problem is not solved. The locks are being repaired at the locksmiths, but they cant even tell me which locksmiths or when the locks will be fixed in order to replace the current lock.<br> <br> There is some public holidays coming and we want to go away but what happens then, ******s can just break in and get away since ADT cant access the yard. I just had enough now of this nonsense and I want this problem fixed before Easter. I am paying every month for me and my family's security, this is not a charity case and I paid for that lock to be installed by ADT, this is not a lock that I bought and installed.<br> <br> I want this fixed as in yesterday since I have reported it a month ago.
