SECURITY?? ........NOT

On Saturday ,14 Oct 2017 ar 19:13 I recieve a call from ADT that my alarm has been triggered. I was approximately 25km away at the time of the call. The person asked if they should send someone. I responded that that should in all haste. Even asked would they be so kind as to phone back after investigating. I drove back home in all haste. Luckily it was a false alarm but as I am writing this complaint 45 minutes had already passed and still no sign of ADT.

So.... think again when you choose a security company that promises a lot but in effect do very little in terms of there claim to fame : SECURITY!!

i AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT AS THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY.
