Security means nothing

I logged a call online for our alarm that does nit send a signal to ADT ehen thr alarm goes off. A lady called me and i requested her to call me back in a few minutes. She said she cant as she is knocking off and will call me the following day. I am still waiting. Does our security mean nothing to ADT?
