Security company providing no security at all

<p>I am so disgusted and disappointed at the service that I have received from ADT. My alarm signal has not been reaching their offices meaning that if my alarm goes off, they do not know about it. Try that for being safe??? I called them multiple times with no luck and after one technician guy came to change the signal radio and that did not help. My life is in ADT's hands and to my frustration, these hands are nt reliable. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want out of this service....</p>
