SAY NO TO ADT Fidelity Security | INSECURED|NOT SAFE

This is a recurring sickening issue that will have me cancelling the ADT security Debit Order with immediate effect!! Problematic alarm reported Twice!! Three weeks ago I contacted ADT Fidelity, reported my problem, shocked with the outcome:

Me, the CUSTOMER received an sms message to contact them, ADT Fidelity! Seriously, who puts who first here? I responded by sending an email, explaining by disgrunt & that the PROBLAMATIC ALARM NEEDED TO FIXED, NO RESPONSE!!!

Second Time, Alarm, Sirons galore due to ALARM PROBLEM, I truly pity the neighbors in surrounding area. Received call from ADT, explained the problem yet again, you guessed it, unfortunately to no avail.

I have perused THE MESSAGES WITH ONE STAR RATINGS. ADT Management should hang their heads in shame!!!

Start putting Customers first & Showing Appreciation toward the CUSTOMER BEFORE THAT SHIP SINKS REALLY DEEP!!!!
