Sales Meeting No Show

Good day,<br> <br> I had a meeting confirmed with ADT Sales Agent Sydney Makamu reference number *** at 16:00 today 05/01/2016. At 17:00 I called the ADT call center who then transfered me to him and the SHEER ARROGANCE OF BEING TOLD BY HIM THAT HIS MEETINGS WERE OVER LAPPING AND HE IS RUNNING LATE, HE WILL CALL ME WHEN HE IS DONE AT CHANTELLE BUT IT IS 21:15PM AND STILL NO CALL BACK. WHY COULDN'T HE CALL ME AT 15:30PM TO RESCHEDULE? I have been a client of ADT since 2012 and if this is the kind of treatment we must be subjected to, I'm shocked. The only thing I needed were add-on products and SORRY I WILL GO TO A SUPPLIER WHO WILL PUT ME FIRST. <br> <br> I am a self employed individual who closed shop today to meet with ADT today and I closed for nothing....I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED
