Sales Department poor service

One of the worst things is coming home to find your house was burglarized. You then weigh your options and start to put measures in place to improve your home security. One of the options I considered was your cctv system. I set an appointment for a sales rep to visit me. The day of the appointment I receive an sms from the rep apologizing but he is off sick and will not be able to see me. The next working day I expected a call from your office to reschedule my appointment. Nothing! I had to email you to enquire. We then setup an appointment for the next Friday 17:30. Come Friday nobody arrives by 17:45. I message the rep and he responds that he was double booked for the same time in two different areas! He says he called the number provided, which was my wife’s number on your system, but unfortunately her battery had died. He says he sms’d. Ummm no sms was sent to her phone. Also, ever heard of voicemail? Now he wants to see me Saturday 08:00? Sorry it’s Bokke weekend and based on your sales department’s poor service, I will not be purchasing your cctv system!!! Thanks for nothing.
