Sad if a rep does not keep his promises.

I filled a contact from on their site and had no response. They list two emails on their site, I sent a mail to both emails and about three weeks later someone contacted me.

A rep from ADT came to see me and I asked him to please find out how often the vehicle came into our suburb. He never bothered to come back. I sent him an sms about 2 weeks ago and still have not heard from him.
