Run out of ideas!!!!
After a minimum of 5 call outs the technical team has quote \Run out of ideas"to fix our battery back up to our ADT system. They also are no longer addressing the problem. They are very aware that we are in a dangerous situation as an elderly family member was shot in an armed ******* on this property"""
