Rude consultant

We need our activation report and she has to help us.When we called this morning she hung up in my ear without even hearing my story.I then called the Vereeniging office and i was given her email address but also told that they are all busy and that i should be patient.Ive been waiting for a week for that activation report.<br> Im not a happy customer.
