Rude and unorganised staff

I just spoke to ADT regarding assistance with termination confirmation and assistance to apply foryour provident fund the staff in got thru to at work day are all rude and arrogant and very unfriendly cannot assist sending me fr pillar to post cause they find it hard to send me thru to their HR department which is just as unfriendly and sarcastic and rude I am highly ****ed at this moment as I was provoked to get this angry because of people who don't know how to give service with a smile then rather don't work with your lazy ass and stay at hone! !! If I don't get help today i will right a review everyday cause I got the mind to just as how angry I am. Idiots and I wish I could express my anger further information wouldn't trust this brand with my service or time. I need assistance if anybody cares to give a damn.
