Ronny Zwane - The reason I am staying with ADT

I previously had a terrible incident with ADT in December and was a day away from cancelling my contract with them when I was contacted by Ronny. He was polite and helpful throughout the process. He provided me with his personal number and email address so I did not have to deal with the call centre and he resolved all my queries.

Please could we employ more Ronny's at ADT and give them the recognition they deserve!
