********** and ignored after taking my money

<p>one month ago a sales rep of ADT Mongezi Ntandane approches my newly opened buisness to intall a security system after explaining all the system and upfront fees he encouraged me to deposit immedially R1633 which i did not know that this is not a approved installation. One day later his Superviser Angelic Maart calls and say i didnt approve but if i pay a futher R2700 i can get approved, i refused and asked my money back, its been 3 weeks of constant calls and emails that has been ignored and unaswered, i even emailed to thier accounts department a Mr. Aldo Myer and no reply yet.... three weeks and i cant get my own money back this company is the worst i have ever dealt with they have no concern for customers and querys,One week after having this issue with thier company Chubb Security had me approved and installed my system at no upfront fees and first payment only in September </p>
