Ridiculous service

This is company is a ****, they know how to reach you when they have to increase your premiums, but will not respond to you when you communicate with them. I have sent an email on the 22nd of March and again on the 24th of March, but I have only received an automated email acknowledging my email. It is stated on the automated response that an Agent will be in contact with me but that hasn't occurred. Really do they actually think I am stupid why must they undermine my intelligence? I have queried the fuel levy increase and would like to cancel their services but clearly, they couldn't care less about my request. Security companies are capitalising on our vulnerability.
