Ridiculous service!!
We had a break in at our premises on the 19 May 2019 and 2 months later after endless calls and emails I have still not received an incident report from ADT. Your staff are unhelpful, your managers are never available. You make promises that you cannot keep. This is ridiculous and we will be cancelling our contract with ADT!!
