Response Time shocking

Hi

This is a complaint and a lack of service and poor response. I called adt to come look around the premises and the patrol came through but said they not get in, I was not called and did not even know they were there. I called back and then it took over 2 hours for a response. Very disappointed as anything could of happened in that. What kind of protection are we paying for?
