Response time... pathetic!!!

So my alarm triggers... adt responds 30 minutes later... a few days later... and they respond 40 minutes later. I'm struggling to understand the purpose of armed response.. please do enlighten me... pathetic!!! Best part is... come month end.. U get a bill for call outs... which they sent 40 mins after the alarm went off.. guess they achieved their purpose.
