Response Time/ ETA

For a security company we are paying to rely on your reviews are absolutely shocking! Last night we had an intruder in our locked yard knocking on the door continuously even when the alarm was on. Our branch is Sasolburg, I am at Zamdela Ext 19 and I have NEVER seen any of your vehicles patrolling in our area yet we are paying.

I had to call about 4 times last night from 23h00 till 00h00 to get someone to come through even after the alarm had been going off for over 45min we were not called not once! I had to do the calling. Eventually we think someone did come they knocked like the intruder manhandling the door without saying who they are and where would they be from so how were we supposed to respond to that?

For the amount we are paying to get such horrible service??? I smell a rat in your camp... Your are a security company for Godsakes! when an alarm goes off or someone manages to call in it means we are not SAFE!!! Sasolburg offices don't even answer there phone at 23h00 really? I had to search for another number online. DO BETTER!
