Response Delay

My name is Nthabiseng I’m residing in midrand

I’ve got an alarm with adt company at my house , when ever the alarm gets activated adt comes to property after 30 minutes, and it happened more than 4 times even when the weather is clear, no rain or storm . I’m staying in allandale and I’ve got another property in bluehills on R55, imagine the alarm gets activated on Bluehills property and I will leave from allandale to bluehills and find that adt security is not there , when I ask why do I get there before them always , they tell me about traffic and rainy weather, So what about on days were the weather is clear and open and agin is there traffic at 3am or 7pm on a Saturday.

Saturday my house in bluehills was broken in to and things were ****** , adt security came after 45 minutes. Just Imagine .... their explanation is not even valid
