Request to Cancel Adt Insurance

I would like to lay a complaint regarding Adt insurance company.

I have requested the insurance company to cancel the insurance due to financial constraints on the 04/01/2023 this year due to financial constraints and they said I must forward an email to *** for cancellation, however they are debiting my account every month and this month they debited the account twice and I have reversed those debit orders. Adt must cancel the insurance because I have financial issues and can't afford to pay for the insurance.
