Reported PANIC CALLS
We departed from our residence on Wednesday, 16 December 2015 approximately 16:05 and returned on Thursday, 17 December 2015 approximately 19:02, with NO PERSONS AT HOME !!!<br> The ADT Call Centre called several occasions reporting a PANIC ALARM from our home, with NO persons in the home !!!<br> The an sms is sent advising that there will be an additional billing for the excess calls - what a cheek ?<br> On Sunday, 20 December 2015, several attempts were made to set the alarm, to no avail. At this stage ADT can come & remove their ******* from this home, as we are not prepared to pay for a technician to repair the ******* installation, whether during or after business hours.<br> The integrity of ADT STINKS & more clients should be made aware of this type of services provided.
