Repeated breach of contract

I keep on logging the same complaint directly with ADT, but despite the same promise over and over ADT never delivers. A few weeks back the area 'manager', Stephen, even came to my house to make amends. He refused make an appointment for me to go to the ADT HQ to speak with someone senior without coming to my house first. He committed to phoning me back the next Monday with details for the appointment. Needless to say he never phoned.<br> <br> A week later I phoned him, but he was too busy to speak with me. I spoke to his manager (no idea was his name was) who also promised to phone me the following week. It's now two and a half weeks later and he didn't phone back either.<br> <br> I still have illiterate people unable to follow the special instructions to enter my premises (hence they leave without checking anything other the the front gate on the street).<br> I still get phoned on every panic, even though my contract states it will never happen again.<br> I still don't get phoned back after an alarm activation (btw it's already an hour after todays incident)<br> I've caught ADT breaking in 3 times so far this year.<br> <br> I don't want to discuss this over the phone. I need a meeting with whoever is in charge.
