Removal of items without appointment&consent

ADT entered my home by influencing the domestic to open while no one else was at home. They than proceeded to enter my main bedroom and other bedrooms and removed items of the alarm without consent and an appointment. Appalling behavior by large a large security company. They cut wires and left cables hanging, opened private cupboards in rooms and removed documents. How are they allowed to get away with this?
