Removal of contact nr

I need to get a phone nr removed from the your system. One of our previous employees are still getting sms to notify him when the alarm has been activated and de-activated. We have called the call center numerous times and each time they say either the nr isn't on the system or they have removed it. Can someone contact me urgently that can assist. We are tired of phone each week to ask the same thing.
