Relocate alarm system with no responce

My problem started on 31-04-2015 and is still ongoing. I am battling to get a response out of ADT and Capital alarms to get my alarm system relocated. On my contract states that I have 1 (one) free relocation and now ADT wants to charge me R 1700 to relocate the system. I cant get hold of Capital Alarms for two weeks now. I travel allot so its very unsafe for my wife and kids. So now I am paying for a system witch I am not using. All the numbers ADT supp**** me of Capital Alarms is not working and when I phone ADT to report that its not working then they give me attitude and say its not there problem.
