Regret signing up with ADT

Joined this security company in August 2018.i gave them my debit order date 1st debit in August for sum admin fee wasn't debited on the date we didn't agree on. Now on the 14th of December I received a message saying the radio fee will of R310 Will go off in December. When I joined was told mine will only go off on the anniversary of me signing up. This R310 should be for people who have been with this ADT since January.Why should I pay the same amount? I spoke to Zeno on Friday "please listen to the call" she said the debit won't go off, to my surprise I was debited 1st of all I get paid on the 20th not on the 15th, is there something wrong with the people from accounts department as this isn't the 1st debit on an incorrect date. Besides I don't think I should pay this R310...the lack of knowledge in this company I really regret taking up this system. From the sales guy to everyone it's just frustrates me that I'm putting my security in the heads of people who don't know what they need to do
