Refuse to update data so that they keep calling us

We were tenants at a building 3 months ago. Since then we have been phoned consistently as alarms are going off at the building, despite us telling the call centre over and over that we are not at the building any longer.

It does not matter if I am courteous to the person or rude or whatever else. Everytime they commit to have the details changed only to be called again, sometimes in the middle of the night.

I have not resolved to blocking their number on my phone ADT you are pathetic
