Refusal to respond to panic

On Wednesday 9 December 2015 around 15:45 I was attacked outside my house on my premises. I pressed the panic once on my way back into the house and again on my way out. Both where later confirmed by you control room. Nobody responded. 15 minutes later I walked up the street to request help from anybody else I could find, since I was busy bleeding. 2 of your vehicles where at the other end of the block from my house. I requested that they assist me, but they flat out refused. I was told that standard-operating-procedure is to send both vehicles in the area (apparently they where the only vehicles in the area and no backup would be sent) where to go to the first registered panic. Since my panic came second there was no way they would ever respond to my panic. They also informed me that the control room specifically told them not to come to my house, due to the first panic. My neighbors continued the argument, but I lost patience and hope so I went back home. It took two further phone calls to some supervisor in the control room before the vehicles where dispatched to my house, more than half an hour late. By this time the police had already left, and the doctor already looked at me
