Refusal to install, provide service & false advert

ADT agent came out to provide quote & sign contracts. Following the sign off of the contract, ADT confirmed that they are no longer able to install. Several requests for management's details and reasons for refusal of installation & services delivery have been ignored and not responded to. <br> <br> To date I've not received any feedback. <br> <br> False advertising is also evident in the case. An email confirming a 3 months free service will be available if a new member signs up at the Homemakers Expo. I went to the Expo, signed up and still this is being refused.
