Refusal to cancel contract
I have been a loyal customers for ADT for my home security for so many years, about 10 years, never missed a single monthly payment. I now wanted to cancel my contract and I have been given a run around since November 2022, emails are ignored, calls never returned, etc. but they continue to debit my account. Was about to install their car trackers but will not and will neither recommend it. Big business bullying tactics!

31 May 2023, 21:26Adt's response and apology for their refusal to cancel my alarm contract, promised that they will call me, of which they did the next day. Their person claiming to have been off sick as the reason for not responding to emails. They promised to cancel my contract, send an email confirming the same and to refund debit orders deducted even after I have cancelled. Needless to say, there was no email sent, instead they continue to debit me. Glad I did not take their other products like car track. Clearly Adt contracts are for a for a life time, what a disgrace!
