Refund still not done!

I cancelled my ADT subscription mid-September 2015. At the end of October, I moved house. ADT still deducted a premium on 2 November 2015. I complained and sent e-mails. I listed a hello Peter complaint on 30 November. I received a single call and a refund was promised. This did not happen and I sent further e-mails on 11 and 24 December 2015 as well as 8 and 19 January 2016. The e-mails were sent to Mr Maharaj-Reddy and copied to the \Always There\" e-mail address. It is the 24th of February today. I have still not received a refund. It is as if the Finance Department of ADT just does not exist..."
