11 July 22 I cancelled my services with ADT, got confirmation of cancelation. August 25th the debit my account even more than what I use to pay. I queried the debit. 16 September I followed up on my refund.. I was told they processing the refund. 7th Oct enquired on the refund via email and phone call. 31st Oct I received email my refund will be processed in 15 to 20 days. No refunds yet its 27th Jan 2023. 12 Jan 2023 I send an email enquiring on my refund no one responded. ADT please refund me my money cause I cancelled my service and the new owner of the property also paid as they took over the services.
