Refund my money

After mnths of poor reaction time in gonubie I notified them to cancel my subscription but no response. I was told to give a months written notice but was asking for a reimbur*****t on no service delivery. They now have deducted for the 3rd consecutive month and still no F n response. How can these clowns get away with this shocking service. Please help me at R245 pm I require my money back. Tomorrow I will be picketing outside your shop in Vincent until I have my contract cancelled and my refund made.
