Refund from ADT - still waiting

<p>I hope the step of adding my review here will help ADT shift to second gear and transfer my **** refund.</p> <p>It is always "You must first pay before the service can be rendered"! After noticing that i have been overcharged, which was not a big fuss as everyone can make mistakes, a credit note was issued... well apparently... As it has been +- 1 month and i am still waiting. In 1 month, emailing ADT ... why bother... received 1 call promosing that it will be done ASAP and that i will receive a screenshot for confirmation... Well even the screenshot is not being sent! jeepers creepers!!!</p> <p>Just to be clear, I always had to constantly follow up to get that 1 call!!! well done ADT. that invited me to start looking at your competition. Thank you</p>
