Refund Due Not Being Processed

I was in communication with ADT about radio license fee charged in December 2015. My contract had expired in that same month and I canceled the service. The communication was with SILAS MASHIMBYI who stated in emails communication that the annual license fee will be refunded to me. However, no refund has been paid so far. Attempting to follow up with Silas Mashimbyi. However no feedback on this matter from him since 8-Dec-2015. I also communicated with Isaak Govender.<br>
