Refund
I received an email from Bongisani from ADT on the 22nd of December stating that I will be refunded on the radio lice fee for 2016 because my contract has been cancelled. In the email he said that the refund would be processed in the next 14 days, I sent an email last week to follow up he rep**** and said that it would be processed by Monday, today is Wednesday and I still haven't received my refund. <br> Please advise if I can expect to be refunded sometime this century
