Received sms to say i will be handed over to debts

I have spoken to Jeninah on Friday the 27st of February 2015 and she confirmed that my account is prepaid with an amount of R934 and i will not receive any sms's again. I received again an sms from Mbali to contact her because my service will be suspended because my account is in arrears. The is happening since December 2014 and i requested Jeminah to forward me a statement confirming my prepaid amount. Up to date i did not received and email or fax regarding this matter. This is very bad service. I will cancel my adt service and will go to another security caompany.
