Received no statements and feedback sucks

<p>I made contact with ADT several occasions requesitng my montly statement to be posted on the 19th NOVEMBER 2016, up unitl today i have not received one statement,Spoke to 3 different people last was NAZLEY, I had to call and follow up all the time, Pathetic! my request doesnt get acknowledge by the Credt Controller. I have emailed the Senior Manager Aldo Meyer up until today no feedback what so ever, but they debit every month but not once have they posted my statements.</p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
