Really Poor Service

Really disappointed by the shocking service from Fidelity ADT. After an intrusion at our premises on Monday 16.05.2022 and 2 missed appointments (by them) to compile a report, I am still waiting. When attempting to contact management I am directed to their "service department" and even after doing this still nothing. This is unacceptable!
