React Alarms and ADT will make signing up a horror story

I installed a system on the 15th of July, I was told to deposit an amount and my first installment would be on the 25th of August. I deposited the amount, but on the 31st of July an Installment went off. I spoke to Raphael Holbeck of React Alarms and he informed me that the 1st installments is meant to be on the 25th of August and i must speak to ADT, i called ADT on the 1st August and was told i need to speak to Ashveer Dewcharan of ADT. After a whole week of trying to contact him with no joy, he did not respond to my emails or call me back. I finally got hold of him today, he tells me that no i have to speak to React Alarms. i am having to go back and forth getting no feedback and yet my money they took. No one can give me a definite answer or a turnaround date on what is happening. Unless you want to be giving a run around i would stay very far from these 2 companies.
