Radio refund not refunded two months and waiting.....

Cancelled my contract after 4 years with ADT, Notice month was September with the contract effectively ending 01 October. The ADT saga comprised of the most modest and in some cases utterly *********** service. The rot clearly knows no bounds within their organization, given that despite my numerous request for refund of the radio fee and promises by service agents that my refund for same has been processed (from September), now TWO Months past due, I have yet to receive any refund or any honest date on which my refund will be paid. Stay far away of ADT!!
