R407.55 deducted and I don't have ADT?? waiting?

So last week I posted a complaint on Hellopeter about the R407.55 that ADT took off my bank account even though I don't even have ADT. I had an account with ADT last year and this was closed in August already which was months ago. <br> <br> Then on 26 January 2016 R407.55 gets deducted. So after I posted a complaint about this here I get a phone call from a lady that says she will investigate it but unfortunately they can only look into it from the 29 January? No I'm sorry but that is NOT ok with me, you can't deduct money at the start of the week and then LOOK into it at the end of the week. So she looked into it immediately and said they will only be able to refund my money at the end of the week. Once again I said that is NOT ok. I mean it is already NOT ok that you stole my money... do you understand me? <br> <br> Anyway she said they would sort it out asap... so Friday the 29 January (that was already wayyyyy too late for a refund) has come and gone. We are now sitting on the 03 February and I have heard nothing and I have not been refunded my money. <br> <br> ADT I would like you to know that this is truly disgusting. I will be sharing this post on social networks... until I have my money back.
