Quick response from ADT

I put in a complaint on Hello Peter about poor service from ADT security yesterday evening (24/10/17). I got a call from ADT in less than 12 hours and they mentioned that they saw my complaint. The issue has now been resolved. I would still like to highlight that I had initially gotten got terrible service from Ipeleng Sereo who did not forward my concerns to the technical department when I initially called on 17/10/17. However today I got good service from a gentleman by the name Leonard who walked me through the issues and eventually resolved the problem. Thank you Leonard.
