Questionable provider

I would like to advise anyone considering to take Security with ADT, not to use them. You will not be happy with them.<br> The level of service experienced has been terrible, I have been waiting for technician to call me from 2 months ago and more...still waiting.<br> They increase there monthly amount, no sms no email was sent to us, at least out of courtesy.<br> I now want to cancel, was told to send mail, which I did, still waiting for a response. <br> Quick to take your money but they cant even call you back or communicate.<br> I don't see why i should be paying for service when I am not receiving any. ADT you are not holding your end of the so called agreement.<br> Spoke to lady who was not the most \customer friendly"had the nerve to ask if I am around 24hrs to see how often the patrol car patrols. What kind of customer service is that? The mere fact is I very seldom see the car when I am there"
