Put our children and our lives at risk
After moving into our new house we arranged with ADT to take over the previous owners contract. Due to a faulty battery our system didnt work. ADT Sales Rep Nolleen said she will arrange xtra patrols whilst we wait for a technician to check our system and replace the battery. 2 weeks later....not a SINGLE patrol and no technician. The on Wednesday night 11th February
