Provident fund not recieved

Good day i was dismissed on the 27 December 2017.However all documents were submitted regarding my provident fund payout, and was advised by my superior that it will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks from date of dismissal and forms submitted, till date i have not recieved any feedback with regards to my provident fund.I then called alexander forbes to find out when the moneys will be paid out they advise that no forms has been submitted to them. So the consultant advise if the forms gets submitted it will then have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for the pay out. To conclude i would like this matter to be esscallated further as i am the bread winner of 5, please advise and respond urgently thank you Riedwaan
