Provident fund
This letter is in regards to my provident fund which I had claimed with ADT and Alexander Forbes in September 2017. To my disappointment I still have not received any response from either of the companies as well as the payout. I have gone back and forth with them re sending the claim forms and nothing has been done about it. It is unacceptable.
