Protect Yourself From ADT Finance

This is my second and hopefully last complaint about ADT cause we wont have to ever deal with them again. After so much drama about our payments, after 1 year of no communication regarding outstanding fees (last payment was returned due to overstated amount) we get a lovely message about a month ago saying that we have been handed over to a collection firm, amazing after begging and begging for help no one ever got back to us regarding the correction of our fees, they were charging us for services that were taken over from Beagle and then to get that corrected was just a nightmare. But my warning to all out there, ADT might be protecting your property, but you need to protect yourself from their finance department. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people who do not understand the term "Call me back".
