PROBLEMATIC ALARM SERVICE AND SYSTEM FOR >2,1/2 YEARS

ADT/Fidelity asper my previous review in January 2022-I have given you the chance since January 2022 to resolve my issues I am having with the home alarm system. 7 months and I still have no solution to this problematic system you have installed at my home, I am still having sleepless nights, I will not go into my medical bills, telephone bills and other expenses that I have had to endure since this has started-I will eventually claim from you - Should I reach a point of legal battle with you. I find it firstly, absolutely absurd that for the 56 calls I have made to ADT I am not given the chance to speak to/or a return call from a so called mysterious Jade Henning's, I have been put in the care of a Rashied Narrison since the 14th January 2022 who had the entire system upgraded, but since then he has read all my messages of complaints and has not responded to any to date. What exactly does this mean. I have sent to the customer care department my complains and to date have also not had any response? The Managers, Directors and the CEO are untouchable you are not able/allowed to speak to them :yet this company promotes promotes and advertises their hands on customer experience-peace of mind etc, PLEASE STAND UP TO YOUR WORDS, cos they mean absolutely nothing. My problems go back 21/2 years???? I am constantly being sent a technical person and its trial and error, When do I get to have peace of mind?????

I ask what do I do next? I am a committed/faithful paying customer every single month for armed response without ever a missed payment But your service is beyond pathetic to say the least.

I pray you can do something before this month ends.
