My mother is a pensioner and is not being charged pensioner rates for a while now. Her alarm system has broken and my mother was quoted so ridiculous amount around R10k previously technicians did come out and said that the system was fixed but all of a sudden the system is broken again. We would like the amount backdated for all the months that my mother was charged normal rates and a lesser quote because my mother cannot afford to pay such amount. The only person we can rely on to protect our house is Chabalala who patrols regularly
